Cleanliness

There was no option for breakfast at all. The entrance was a bit intimidating, as it was located at the end of a very narrow road. The booking( I will call AirBnb - Not HOTEL) did not provide any body wash. The major issue was that the bedroom lights were completely non-functional. I tried switching them on and off multiple times, but had no luck. The place was not worth £75 at all. I was extremely dissatisfied. It was far too expensive for what was offered. The bed was very small, and the mattress felt like a trampoline. Wi-Fi was available, but the speed was a bit slow. Unfortunately, I will not book here again and I am not satisfied with my stay. I would like a refund from Booking.com. How can Booking.com allow property owners to charge such high prices while providing so few facilities?

The lay out of the accommodation was good. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding very clean. The host will provide a parking permit, though remind them on the day! Lovely little bungalow type property, you can cook a meal, as long as you bring the basics, I.e. salt, pepper, seasonings. The hosts were attentive when I requested towels and were friendly and polite.

Expensive for 1 night for what it was. Although everything is available, it was a bit shabby round the edges, a smell of mould and a few moths flying around. Could do with a bit of fixing it up, to make it worth the cost. It would then be worth it. Just 1 teabag, a couple sachets of sugar and a few milk sachets. The blanket on the settee was smelly.

comfortable modern accomodation in a secluded quiet spot

location was a bit tucked away, but within easy walking distance to the city centre, this added to the secluded quiet nature of the accomodation which is what i wanted, peace and quiet. Shops are just around the corner,and there is a lovely pub a few minutes walk away.
