This is my first experience in home stay accommodation My experience in budget price this is the decent place Nice communication and good staff Perfect for short and long term stay budget wise. Nice location, many dining hotel near and abu dhabi mall just close to location.

Worth the Money for a Budget Stay in Abu Dhabi

#The property is the same as shown in the photos. #The bed sheet and blanket were neat and dust-free. #An attached bathroom was available as mentioned. #The toilet and wash basin were clean. #Basic toiletries were provided. #Self check-in was facilitated smoothly, with appropriate information shared via WhatsApp.

About an hour after check-in, a staff member (appeared to be a room boy) knocked on the door. I opened the door slightly and stood there. He said that if we needed any help or had concerns, we could contact him. I replied that there were no concerns and thanked him. However, he continued to stand there, then leaned his head into the room to point out the Wi-Fi password notice, which felt awkward and inappropriate. The next morning around 9 a.m., while we were watching TV, someone tried to open the door without knocking. The door was locked, but this felt like a breach of privacy. Even if they were checking whether the room was vacant, knocking first would have been appropriate.

Nice location and budget descent facility

Hi, This is my regular travel to the place not because of high quality facility but budget price with the expected facility, Nice staff and good location. Accommodation have washing machine, kitchen facility and all basic facility.

Need some more kitchen utilities.

I dont like it at all .

The building its dirty and the private toilet dirty the shower spray on the exhaust fan and even its dark no light I ask them they not done nothing air blowing throw windows . no good information about parking I park front of the building I pay 15 dirhams for 24 hours parking at night they towed my car and I got ticket 650 dirhams for the place where I parked .

Rażąco niski standard, obskurny pokój i łazienka, robaki

Były tylko trzy plusy: ciepła woda w okropnej, obskurnej łazience, klimatyzacja w obskurnym pokoju i chyba czysta pościel na wygodnym twardym materacu. Lokalizacja blisko przystanki. Ale trzeba mieć na prawdę bardzo niskie wymagania aby zdecydowac się na ten obiekt i być zadowonym.

Pokój miał estetykę poniżej wszelkich norm, stare szafy malowane farbą, drzwi podobnie, łazienka obskurna, okno z odrapana folią zasłonięte na stałe. ROBAKI w pokoju i łazience, chyba PRUSAKI. Łazienka wyglądała jak w slamsach. W pokoju trzy osobowym dostaliśmy jeden ręcznik, poprosiliśmy o dwa dodatkowe, obsługujący nas chłopak zasugerował za tą " przysługę" napiwek. 3 ręczniki w pokoju trzyosobowym to standard nie przysługa. Na ścianie rysunki i bazgroły. Obiekt do generalnego remontu!!!

لم يعجبني شي ابدا سوا إنه المكان وسط العمارات فقط

الذي لم يعجبني أنه الغرفه لم تكون الشي المطلوب وأنها غير عن الي فصوره وأنه كل شي مكتوب في البوكنج غير لانه مكتوب أنه يوجد جميع الأشياء من تلفزيون وأشياء أخري وعندما شفنا الغرفه أنها غير نظيفه جيدا وأنها لايوجد بها تلفزيون وأنه الاسره غير مناسبه وبها اصواث عندما تتحرك أثناء النوم لذا ارجوا حذفها من البوكنج حتي لاينخدع أناس آخرين وبالنسبه للمبلغ مبالغ فيه كثيرا لانه لا تستحق المبلغ 255 درهم وايضا عندما تحجز بعدها يقول لك غير قابل فلستردات فيطر الشخص للمبيت حتي لا يفقد ماله لذا ارجوا منكم النظر في هذا الشأن بخصوص الاماكن لازم تكون نظيفه وجيده للسكن وبالأخص للعائلات وشكرا لكم أنا عميل مع يوكنج من فتره طويله
