My stay in the property was splendid.

I like the location as well as the room because it gives value for my money. The lady that attended to me was friendly and calm as well.

Worst ever experienced!!!

This PROPERTY WAS TOO DISAPPOINTING AND VERY BAD. DONT YOU GUYS EVER TRIED TO BOOKED HERE, IF YOU DON'T LIKE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. I called the contact number for this property to ask location but the person who answered was the frican guy who was very rude and idiot. I just need help to find the location because we keep on rounding just to look for the location but he was kept in cutting the line and telling send the confirmation number in his what's app because that's the procedure, but that number was not showing in what's app . So we don't have choice to look the location by our own. We booked here for one one night stay to save money but, we regret because we totally wasted our money by having a booking here, we didn't use the room as we found out that the location it's too much disappointed and scary. Seems like scam. Why BOOKING.COM is having partnership with this kind of STUPID property. ???!! This should be Ban! Rooms are too different from the pictures, the door in each of the rooms are not secured, i was booked cityview with different price from no view rooms but they gave me no window room. The elevator was scary, i didn't expect that elevator was different from normal elevator, i almost have accident, My goodness !! Dont booked in this property!!

Totally unpleasant and utterly disappointed with Booking.Com. We did not stay the night and had to look for other hotel.

Double bed is not not double. It’s a single bed with two pillows. Only one person can sleep. It’s clear cheating by the hotel management. Also these are not single rooms. It’s a dormitory or partitioned apartment (one bedroom partitioned into many rooms)

Haunted place. from building entrance to elevator (where its written that from 5th july it will not work) Contact person looks like a african scammer who does want to tell even flat number. He just waited as the floor to meet. whole place look like scary. I did not stay even at the property. African guy attitude was so bad. check out time 10 - 12pm and i told them that i will drop the keys at 12pm. he starting msgs at 11.30am saying where is my key. and then when i call almost shouting. i returned the keys 11.50am and guess who receive the keys. another scammer was waiting. I wonder how booking.com allow such place to post their property.

Spouses are very helpful with our needs. Cleaning the common area everyday. They have 2 shared toilet and bathrooms and 1 common kitchen that you can use if you are staying longer days. Our group book 3 rooms. There is a convenience store at the ground floor. You can reach Al Wahda Mall 10 to 15 minutes walk from the place. The price is reasonable.
