Splendid.

The property was clean, tidy and warm. Well furnished. Great location. Short walk into to town and la gare de Boulogne-Tintelleries was just opposite so easy trip back to Calais. Carrefour City is just down the road so great for grocery shopping.

Nice appartement, ideal for a weekend

Good quality for the price. Nice and clean place.

Stairs:best to bring your things in a backpack because the stairs are steep (60 to the 3rd floor). It's great for building physical condition :) The bed is a bit small for 2 friends sleeping together.this is shown on the pictures so we were aware upfront.

Literie très confortable. Propreté impeccable. Agréable de se trouver dans un appartement refait à neuf. La proximité de la vieille ville et de la mer sont appréciables également.

Les 3 étages sont un peu raides à monter mais ce n'est pas grave pour une personne en bonne santé.

De studio is gezellig, proper en alles is aanwezig. Benoit zorgt ervoor dat zijn gasten goed binnen geraken en niets te kort hebben. Prijs kwaliteit een echte aanrader!

Nous avons passé un super séjour l’appartement est bien situé près du centre, de la vieille ville , de Nausicaá. Bien équipé il ne manquait rien .

Appart très bien situé, niveau port et centre ville. Restauration proximité, Izmir kebab que je recommande, à 20 mètres du logement.

Une location confortable avec un excellent qualité/prix.

L'appartement est situé dans un vieil immeuble entièrement rénové. L'appartement est refait à neuf et offre sur 35 m2 confort et bien-être. Il est très bien équipé., décoré avec soin. Il est situé à distance raisonnable à pied aussi bien en direction du port , plage, Nausicaa, qu'en direction de la vieille ville fortifiée sur les hauteurs. L'accueil du propriétaire est un vrai plus . Gentillesse et informations. Le rapport qualité/ prix est remarquable.
