Très bien situé.
Malheureusement l’immeuble est mal insonorisé et certains résidents ont été très bruyants : bruit en rentrant, discussions fortes. Cela, à des heures tardives. Il manque un ventilateur aussi car il faisait très chaud dans l’appartement.

un charmant studio. Très lumineux Par compte, pas de parking GRATUIT, comme indiqué dans l'annonce.
Il manquait beaucoup de choses - pas de balai - pas de cuit vapeur, mais un carton vide - réfrigérateur pas dégivré, donc très peu de place pour mettre des pain de glace - problème avec la chasse d'eau (fuite) - problème avec la douchette : impossible de la régler en hauteur
