Location good. house clean. kitchen has all the facilities. I liked the PVC windows they always look good unlike wood. The house is adequate. I liked the electric shutters downstairs. The owner Cedric seems helpful as I was sent some information about where to go

The price of the bedding and towels should be included in the rent as you do not get this information till you pay for the property. After a long drive, we didn't fancy making our own beds. If the owner knows how many people are going to occupy it, so the bed should be made for the number of people. If he does not know if users are going to bring their own sheets or not, he can only ask them. Also using the towels is chargeable. The big bathroom had no lock on the door, so I felt nervous using it in case someone opens the door. Also the door is very squeaky. The owner stresses (after payment) that is not a hotel, clearly we know it is not and the same facilities are not expected but some toiletries would be appreciated and in the kitchen, the essential like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. Most BRB provide that.

Great spacious house

Cosy, spacious house with 3 good size rooms. Well equipped and clean kitchen (would be nice if there are oven gloves) Bonus - games room in the cellar which my son really enjoyed. There's a high chair and a baby changing table for those travelling with babies.

No toilet on the top floor. To have a shower, you need to go all the way down to the ground floor. Lots of trips up and down the narrow staircase if you sleep in one of the rooms on the top floor.

Very good

The house was very spacious with a huge upstairs bathroom and a large downstairs shower room. It was really easy to find and we were able to park directly opposite the house on the street. It was very convenient to pick up the keys from the lock box, meaning we could access the house as soon as we arrived. The restaurants in the old town were excellent as always and we found a new, lovely cafe on the jetty next to the beach. Nausicaa was an amazing experience, so much bigger and better than the last time we visited.

The house was quite a walk from the beach - about 25 minutes - but it was only a 10 minute walk from the old town which was good. We would have preferred the linen for the beds to have been done for us as this was an extra job at the end of a busy day, simply adding the linen costs into the house hire and making up the beds ready for guests would be a much better idea than separate hire. We were disappointed at how dirty the streets of Boulogne

Spacious house near the old town

Great house with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location, on walking distance from the old town. Free Parking was possible on the street (we always found a spot near the house). Convenient: We got the keys from a secured box at the entrance and could also leave them there when we left. There’s a tiny courtyard.

Good location for old Fortified town and shopping area. Clean and warm with all facilities. Very fast Wi-Fi internet. Free parking throughout neighbourhood. Quick and easy check in and check out.

Proche de Nausicaa

La maison est bien équipée, la literie est confortable. Très bien situé, nous avons apprécié la communication avec Cédric qui a été très disponible et arrangeant sur les horaires.

L'isolation de la maison dans un temps de neige, la première chambre avait du mal à se réchauffer. Les voisins ont fait du bruit samedi soir.

Große Wohnung mit Charme

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar groß, sie erstreckt sich in einem schmalen Haus über drei Etagen. Die Betten sind komfortabel, aus einem Schlafzimmer hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Basilika. Morgens wird man von den Möwen gweckt. Die historische Altstadt und eine sehr gute Bäckerei sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten, alles war sauber. Auf Fragen hat der Besitzer schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet.

Das Parken in Hanglage war genauso herausfordernd wie das Finden eines freien Parkplatzes. Die Sofaecke war schon ziemlich durchgesessen und etwas müffelig. Nicht zu empfehlen ist der Kellerraum mit angegebener Spielekonsole.
