Great location, issues with damp smell and bad communication from the owners.

The apartment is situated in a pleasant location. The Furnishings are modern and tasteful and the living room and bedroom were spacious. The view from the bedroom window of the ramparts was particularly pleasant. It’s also conveniently close to the town centre, which is just a short walk away. The beds in the master bedroom and the sofabed in the lounge were comfortable but the bunkbeds were soft and squeaky.

First issue was that we have not been given the apartment that we booked, which is very unprofessional. We booked as we liked the terrace but we ended up on second floor! We booked it because of the small terrace! If we have known that we would have booked somewhere else. I can see from the other reviews that we were not the only one unlucky. The kitchen was clean but small and split between a dining table. So preparing meals was fiddly. It was equipped with basic cooking implements, however the jug of the coffee machine leaked when refilled. Access to the bathroom/toilet was located right next to the kitchen and it smelled damp. The odour was noticeable when we first entered the apartment, so windows were kept open to ventilate it throughout our stay. On the third day of our visit we noticed water leaking onto the floor beneath the sink. After inspecting it we could see that there was a leak from the sink waste pipe. A long list of fines on arrival wasn’t ver welcoming and the no smoking wasn’t really strictly watched, as we could smell cigarettes from the apartment below! I also emailed the owner several times regarding parking and also to report that people from the apartment below us were smoking despite the warning of a penalty. We received no reply at all, pre-generated cut and paste messages that kept coming. There was no personal approach at all.

Everything was very fine and we mainly appreciated our stay in Boulogne 😀

To be perfectly transparent, the only little problems were : - the fact that our room was wet ( bed sheet, sofa, towels didn’t dry … ) - that the communication of the landlord’s was (according to me) too much - too much messages and too regularly (commercial announcements, requests for documents and informations or questions… )- it was quit annoying and inappropriate for just a really short stay of 3 days - finally the room next and above ourselves and the main corridor were very noisy during the night

Lovely apartment in perfect location.

It was spacious and comfortable, with lovely views and in a perfect location next to the citadel walls near lots of cafes and restaurants. Plenty to do and see nearby.

The only downside was that the shower wasn’t the best. The door kept coming off the sliders and the overhead shower didn’t work properly - the water all came out the side. The hand held shower wasn’t fine though and it wasn’t a problem for just 2 nights.

Boulogne is a beautiful clean city with no litter and lots to see and do.

The best feature was its location. It was across the street from the ramparts (old town walks) It was clean and the appliances worked great. The decor was nice as well. The organisers were pleasant and kept us informed providing us with a list of restaurants, markets and things to do.

There were quite a lot of steps to climb to get to the top floor

Petit surprise en arrivant dans le logement en voyant que ça n’était pas celui que j’avais réserver. La douche ne fermer pas, un bruit toute les 10 min nous a réveiller à plusieurs reprise. Et cerise sur le gâteau absolument pas d’eau froid dans la douche, quand on tourne le mitigeur vers l’eau froide plus une gouttes d’eau. C’est inadmissible de louer 160€ ce genre de logement.

Les voisins un peu bruyant..plancher sonores..on entend bien les enfants courir !! La salle de bain petite.Pas de porte manteau ni sèche serviettes. Batterie de cuisine très succincte... Sur le site il faudrait séparer les photos pour chaque appart.

Emplacement parfait ! Le logement est idéal pour un couple ou une personne seule. L’équipement est largement suffisant, tout est impeccable et très propre. La literie est extrêmement confortable. J’ai adoré mon séjour et je recommande vivement !

S’il faut vraiment trouver un point à améliorer, ce serait d’ajouter un peu plus d’équipement pour le ménage, mais rien de gênant pour profiter pleinement du séjour.

L'emplacement était vraiment parfait. En face d'un grand et beau parc des remparts. Merci d'avoir accepté d'avoir le logement plus tôt que prévu.

Il manque le nécessaire pour accrocher la pomme de douche. Le ménage était fait à moitié. Nous avons eu la compagnie d'une souris dans la nuit. Mon mari a passé 1h a la chasser de l'appartement elle a commencé a manger le sac de ma fille qui avait un peu de ships dans ses pochettes. Nous avons donc pris le tapis du salon pour camoufler le bas de la porte pour pas qu'elle revienne et au final il y avait une montagne de poussières pas très agréable avec des enfants qui jouaient au sol .

La literie est confortable et de bonne qualité

Très déçue dans l'ensemble Annonce qui prête a confusion, sur l'annonce il y a une image d'une terrasse , finalement il n'y a qu'un seul appartement qui en possède une .. Pas le nôtre. Très peu d'équipements dans la cuisine 2 rouleaux de papier wc pour 3 jours a 5pers Appartement sale , non aspiré. Paroi de la douche déboîtee. 1 casserole pour 5 pers , Téflon très griffé ce qui est nocif pour la santé. Petit frigo pour 5pers , assez pour un petit week-end seulement . Toutes les portes grincent. Salle de bain exiguë pour 5 pers. De plus les propriétaires demandent de mettre la note maximale disant que 8 ou 9 les penaliseraient .

Nous avons adoré la communication avec les gérants Matilde et Maximo, qui ont toujours été attentifs à notre bien-être. L'emplacement était parfait ! proche de tout 😀le parking est très bien, on le trouve toujours ! Une chose je ne sais pas si c'est parce que nous avons réservé à la dernière minute que la chambre n'était pas celle de la photo ! mais c'était quand même très bien .

Idéalement situé

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme à 5 min à pieds du centre-ville et de la ville fortifiée ! Il est fonctionnel et le linge de maison est un + . La literie est confortable et la vue offerte par la terrasse est agréable. L'équipe de la conciergerie est réactive et super efficace ! Merci à eux !

Petit couac à mon arrivée vite réglé par l'équipe de la conciergerie (merci encore ! 🙏🏼) Le logement n'est pas bien insonorisé. Il est en souplex et les escaliers sont raides et étroits. La terrasse est régulièrement occupée par un chat (parfait pour les cat lovers, nettement moins pour les ailurophobes comme moi... 😏)

D'abord on arrive et surprise les photos que j'avais vue en réservant l'appartement n'était pas celui que l'on m'avait attribué.en arrivant une forte odeur désagréable donc on aère puis après avoir joins la conciergerie qui me dit que cela doit être de ma faute j'ai du mal réservé puis après hésitation mon mari me dit c pas grave on a un lit c le principalje veux donc prendre une douche avant de sortir mangé et la surprise douche bouchée l'eau resté ds le bac et avait beaucoup de mal a s'évacuer je soulève donc le dessus du siphon et là beurkkkk un tas de cheveux et poils ds l'écoulement accroché au bouchon.apres avoir la conciergerie qui m'indique qu'il y a du Destop derrière les toilettes me dit d'en mettre. Après 20mn tjrs pas d'amélioration donc là mon mari a eu la conciergerie et on nous a reloger. Heureusement l'autre bien plus petit que ce qu'on avait prévu il était au top

Séjour agréable, nous avons apprécié la région et ce qu'elle offre comme dépaysement

Le logement était propre, suffisamment équipé. Le parking est facile, il y a toujours eu des places disponibles à proximité. L'emplacement en face des remparts est simplement parfait.

Pas le moindre contact avec la personne responsable, pas même de réponse à mes mails ... Le nombre d'étages en plus des escaliers dans le logement
