Excellent first holiday after COVID. Plan to visit again.

This apartment was excellent for us. Family of 4 with 2 older teenagers. Location is good with the availability of parking near the flat for a moderate amount. There are places in walking distance for free for longer. You are in walking distance of the beach, old town (up hills) and the centre. Boulogne is a sea-side resort which in Winter means that not all restaurants are open, so you may have to look a bit harder. There are enough open, you will need to check times especially on Sunday and Monday night. It is still great to visit, with enough to do in Boulogne and around the area. The price was very good making it really good value. Even though the weather wasn’t great(in between storm Eunice and Franklin- we were warm and cosy.

The staircase down to the basement is a bit strange- not full adult headhight. You do get used to it-only hit my head twice. Having toilet paper or hand soap there on arrival I feel is essential, but may have been an error as other cleaning products were there.

Goed verblijf voor 1 of 2 nachten

Wc papier aanwezig Propere frisse lakens Propere frisse goed badhanddoeken Vele extra's zoals, wasmachine, kinderstoel,stofzuiger... Goede ligging afstand naar strand en stad. Incheken verliep vlot. Vismarkt zeer dicht Nausica ook op loopafstand Gezellig marktje aan de accomodatie op zondag. 2 tv's met toegang tot allerlei streamingsdiensten Ondanks de drukte overdag, geen geluidshinder ervaren.

Wificode was onleesbaar Weinig daglicht Geen zeezicht Gratis parking achter het appartement op straat( niet vanaf 1 april tot 30 september) Flessenopeners beide stuk Bed ouders in kelderkast, kinderen op gelijkvloers, beter omdraaien. Koffie leeg Geen vaatwastabletten gevonden Afwasbak sluit niet Kraan douche vol.met kalk Jammer dat er nog 50 euro werd gevraagd na boeking voor schoonmaak, dus zelf gepoetst.

La proximité avec le centre ville et l'ouverture sur le port

La chambre en sous sol.... A cause du manque de fenêtre et donc pas d'ouverture sur l'extérieur. Salle de bain petite pour accueillir 6 personnes, alors que le sol sol offre l'opportunités d'aménager autrement vu l'espacenon utilisé.... Barrière enfants escalier près du toilette compliqué !! Canapé peu confortable

Le ménage n'était pas super bien fait, beaucoup de poussière et toiles d'araignée. Le garde corps de l'escalier n'est pas stable ce n'est pas très sécurisé surtout avec les enfants.

Super séjour

Logement vraiment très bien placé. A 5 min de la plage et 10 min du centre ville. Vraiment parfait. De plus, appartement assez spacieux et comportant de nombreux équipements (fer à repasser, cafetière..). La propriétaire est également très agréable et disponible.

Appartement bien entretenu dans l’ensemble mais très poussiéreux, de plus, certaines prises ne fonctionnent pas dans une des chambres.
