Very dirty, there were spiders all over the place. Floor looks and feels like it’s going to fall soon.

You get what you pay for, but this was bad.

Walls were all filthy, bathroom cleaned to very poor standard, the shower leaks all over the bathroom and into the living room and kitchen, cigarette burn mark on bedding, and you couldn't take a single step in the apartment without the floors sounding like they were going to collapse.

Please don't stay in this property even if u been asked for free stay . It was complete night mare

This property was not wort a single single penny . Was very v dirty amd smelly . The pics which was put on as a demo were false . They didn't have any living room instead they put a bed in kitchen. Bedding were soo smelly and toilet flush was broken too . I would never recommend this property to anyone . With kids it was even more difficult. I would not give it a single star . Waste of money 💰

Ideal for my short stay in Lille

The bed was very comfortable, I had a good sleep. I was able to make a cup of tea, there was also hot plates for cooking, flat screen TV, and a fridge I had a lovely shower. The neighbourhood was quiet as the apartment is in a residential area.

The apartment was on the ground floor of an early 20th century town house. The ground floor apartment was ideal for me. However, I noticed the stairs were narrow and steep to the first & second storeys..

Good place to stay

Big and nice room with kitchen and bathroom. Easy to access the from door with a code and another code to the key box. A short walk from the city center. Good price and value for the money.

Mis-sold room

Despite no staff being around, the instructions were good and I was able to open the front door and access the key and WiFi easily.

The location was shabby; the stairs were very steep and made it tricky getting our suitcases upstairs, the toilet smelt disgusting and was wobbly, the toilet lid and shower doors were broken; there were at least 25 little flies in the room and the air freshener was empty so the whole room smelt horrible. I felt mis sold as the room did not look much like the pictures.

No, it's not a ten but when I stayed there it had a genera rating about 5 which isn't fair. I paid 45€ and had a little apartment for myself. What's there to complain about?

Of course it could be cleaner but we really like to have a kettle, an oven, a microwave and a stove to cook. You get what you pay for

Hello, This is very bad apart city Hotel. I paid more but there is nothing to provide as per our expectation. This room is very dirty not comfortable. Actually it is not usable for any guest. Besides, always bad noising from other side until 3.00 AM, as a result we can not sleep. This is our first time to stay such type of hotel. I recommended and requested to the Booking.com, please remove the advertise from your website. This is totally dustbin situation.

it was somewhat quite and the fact that I had a place to sleep in. The place meets bare minimum needs with some kitchenware, utensils, ...

The fact that this is more of homestay rather than hotel-style. Yet I blame it on Booking.com for not make it clear during the booking process. This single disappointment defeats all expectations and thus has bad impact on the stay. The stairs are super narrow and steep. The bathroom smelled badly; the faucet was dislocated and unfirm; the pipe insulation (or something similar) was peeling off or in poor condition and looked gross...

La localisation est trompeuse. Loin de Lille centre, de sa grande place et de ses animations (marchés de Noël notamment). Il n'a rien sur place à voir. Quant à l'appartement, la poignée de la porte des toilettes étaient cassée, une plaque de cuisson en fonte à brancher. Le chauffage est quasiment inexistant puisqu'il mesure 50 cm * 50 cm, le tout pour l'ensemble de l'appartement. Le papier toilette semblait être en option, le mitigeur de l'évier de la cuisine à 2 doigts de casser et des éponges inutilisables à se de demander si quelqu'un vient faire le ménage. Pour un bon séjour...passez votre chemin quitte à payer plus cher, ce que j'ai dû faire malheureusement. J'aurais presque dû faire une réclamation et demander le remboursement des 2 nuits non effectuées...

Ubytovanie vôbec nebolo ako na fotografiách. Bola to jedna izba pre 5 ľudí s kúpeľnou v strede izby. Všade bola špina a prach. Posteľ bola hneď pri vstupných dverách a bolo počuť každý krok susedov aj keď niekto išiel po chodbe.

Rien. L’appartement ne correspondait pas du tout à la description ce sont des fausses photos et les conditions étaient inacceptables.

L’appartement était sale, malodorant et très mal entretenu. Il y avait des taches, des cheveux, des draps douteux et une forte odeur d’humidité. Le propriétaire m’a demandé une photo de ma pièce d’identité par message, ce qui est totalement inapproprié et contraire au RGPD. De plus, l’électricité a été coupée pendant une heure, je suis restée dans le noir complet. Cette expérience a été extrêmement désagréable et stressante.
