Not bad but!…

It’s a small apartment. Nicely appointed.

First of all, we did inform the manager of the property that we will probably arrive around 5pm. Just wanted to be sure that the room will be ready and if anyone was waiting - not to be there without a reason. We arrived around 4 pm, however the room wasn’t ready! Yes we did say that we will arrive late but! Normal time for arrival is 3pm and we hoped that despite the early arrival we will be able to at least leave our things. Second thing is the access to the apartment. Make sure that you have roaming and enough minutes on your phone-you will need them as well as internet! You cannot go in to the apartment before you deposit 300 EU as the security deposit (that should be explained way before we arrive! - actually should be explained on Booking.com before booking.) once you pay - you will receive the message in French (so make sure you learn it before you come)-that will explain all the codes and things you should do in order to access the apartment! To enter the building you will have to call the number and type the code on the door at the same time😡That is why you will need roaming! Since it didn’t work for us I tried calling without any luck. No response. We were lucky that the old gentleman went in to the building and he let us in…. Since my app, translate the messages in to English the password that was in french “bienvenue” was translated in to the “welcome”! Which was quite frustrating since we didn’t have the internet, my phone wasn’t working… Anyway, at the end, somehow we got in touch with the manager who gave us the password! So quite frustrating ordeal, without much reason! I am sorry but I didn’t need this frustration on a holiday. Maybe the manager can make him self readily available, charge or notify people of the security charges before hand - not when you drove 100 km - and just before you want to go in! As well as simplify the access to the building. No calls to anyone🤷🏻

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Hübsches Appartement, tadellos sauber (bis auf die Fenster), sehr gut ausgestattet; prima Bett mit angenehmem Bettzeug und Bettbezügen. Vorm Haus bekommt man immer einen Parkplatz und man kann direkt unten in der Wohnanlage auch Lebensmittel einkaufen. Ich war mehrere Tage dort und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Kommunikation mit den Vermietern auch perfekt - als ich ein Internetproblem hatte, bekam ich abends um halb elf noch eine Antwort auf meine Frage!

Die Fenster müssen dringend geputzt werden! Außerdem wäre es noch gut, im Wohnraum ein paar Kleiderhaken zu haben, um nasse Mäntel aufhängen zu können; ebenso ein paar Haken im Badezimmer für Handtücher.

La facilité d'accès à l'appartement et la réactivité des propriétaires. Studio cosy avec tout l'électroménager nécessaire dont une machine à café Tassimo pour bien démarrer la journée avec un bon petit café.

Les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables.

A parte l’iniziale difficoltà per entrare è andato tutto benissimo

L’alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, è facilmente raggiungibile.

L’unica cosa da migliorare sono le istruzioni di accesso alla proprietà. Perché non erano chiarissime e arrivando a sera tardi abbiamo avuto un po’ di difficoltà. Per il resto è andato tutto molto bene.

Le métro et les commerces a proximité, les capsules de café et les sachets de thé

Bruit train de poubelle a 6h30 du matin presque sous les fenêtres, pas de lampes de chevet pourtant présentes sur la photo de présentation, lampe au dessus du lavabo pas fonctionnelle, évacuation de la douche très compliquée, pas de prise de courant des 2 côtés du lit, proximité de la tour voisine difficile d’avoir les rideaux ouverts, canapé très inconfortable en position assise, bruyant, une capsule lave vaisselle et machine a laver pourraient etre offerte vu le prix, pas du tout cosy, propriétaire pas du tout réactif malgré plusieurs tentatives,

On a tout aimé depuis l’emplacement jusqu’à la propreté,c’est trop calme en tout cas une belle expérience en famille on réservera encore pour nos prochains séjours sur Lille
