Amazing!

Lovely little apartment, has everything you could need, and in an amazing location right near the city centre. Can easily walk straight from Lille Europe which takes about 25mins or a simple 3 stop train ride that takes less than 10 mins. The host (and respective family) were so sweet and accommodating. Would easily recommend anyone to book.

Well-suited for Paris-Roubaix Challenge

Location - nice area with park opposite. The secure parking area. Everything we needed was there in a nice compact space. Friendly neighbours. I was staying in order to do the Paris-Roubaix Challenge, so the parking area outside the front door was perfect for working on the bike in the sunshine! After the ride it was an easy ½ hour 'cooldown' ride back from the velodrome - due to the traffic and road closures, it was quicker than my partner who took a taxi!

The front door was a bit temperamental when it came to locking - that was a little frustrating. Not the hosts fault, but unfortunately next door were doing some drilling when we stayed during the working day on the Friday when we were trying to work remotely - that made concentrating difficult and online meetings near impossible. Generally, there were a lack of electrical sockets. Bring a 4-way extension lead (or two!) to make things easier!

Good place, good price, kind host.

Good small apartment with reserved parking in private yard. Location is also good, in a residential area 15 minutes from the city center. Comfy bed, clean sheets. Small outside yard usable in warm days (not my case). Good WiFi, fast to connect. Very good price for what you get.

The space is apparently a former garage on ground floor, converted in living space. Walls were thin and unfortunately both nights even smallest noises from adjacent spaces could be heard clearly and waked me at 5 or 6 in the morning (a dog was moving behind the wall next to my bed, not barking, just moving and drinking water and it was as it was in my room. The next night there was some long scratching/whispering again at the said early hour). A proper insulation would resolve most of this and I should say I am a light sleeper (I wake up easily).

Parfait pour court séjour.

La propreté , la discrétion et le sourire de la propriétaire. La proximité du métro à 8mn à pieds , la luminosité. Cuisine légèrement petite mais suffisante pour court séjour. Merci encore.

Il manque une petite raclette dans la douche et peut-être un porte vêtements.

Schöne Bettzimmer Bereits Kaffeekapseln vor Ort Infos von Gastgeber sehr schnell immer erhalten Park vor der Tür für mein Kind, ideal um zu spielen. Gute indische Restaurant in der Nähe

Es war ziemlich kalt als wir kamen aber es wurde besser mit der Heizung. Es ist doch nicht so nah an Lille Zentrum wenn man zuerst zum U-Bahn 7‘ laufen muss aber es war alles ok.

Recomand cu caldura pentru sejur in Lille

Locatia este foarte buna, acces usor cu metroul spre centrul orasului. Modul de acces la chei si instructiunile primite foarte bune. Locul de parcare in curte este un avantaj enorm avand in vedere zona aglomerata. Bucataria perfect utilata. Patul din dormitor este foarte bun. Baia curata si incapatoare. Terasa din spate este foarte utila.

Pentru patru persoane spatiul din bucatrie este putin cam mic. Iluminatul in bucatarie este slab. Aparatul de incalzire pare cam mic pentru intregul apartament.

Tout simplement parfait

Tout était parfait. Accueil, emplacement, équipement, décoration... Le logement est dans un environnement calme et verdoyant, très proche du métro et d'une station vélo. La voiture a pu rester à l'abri pendant les 3 jours de notre visite.

Très bonne situation proche metro Super appartement en rez-de-chaussée avec cour intérieure et terrasse Idéal pour garer voiture dans cour C'est la seconde fois que nous y venons et éventuellement nous y reviendrons

Dormir au calme à 2 pas de Lille.

Cosy, bon standing, très au calme, avec volet, on a très bien dormi. Place de parking privatif est un vrai plus dans un lille saturé !

L espace cuisine est minimaliste. Je déconseille au delà de 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

- le lieu : face à un parc, au calme. - le fait de pouvoir stationner notre véhicule dans la cour fermée nous a rassuré. - le métro pour se rendre dans le centre est à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. - la gentillesse des propriétaires.

- nous rejoignons certains commentaires indiquant que la salle d’eau mériterait un rafraîchissement et le lave-mains qui sert de lavabo est peu pratique. - il a fallut demander le code wifi, le café, c’est peu confortable. - nous sommes arrivés au moment de la fête d’anniversaire de l’enfant de la maison et n’avions pas été informés en amont donc la sieste fut brève, mais les propriétaires s’en sont excusés. - la terrasse n’était pas préparée à notre arrivée, nous aurions apprécié pouvoir nous en servir. - l’isolation phonique est à revoir dans la salle de bains car nous entendions les habitants de l’autre côté du mur.

Notre voiture était dans la cour et un petit coin dehors juste un petit truc qui manquait dans la salle de bain pour crochet nos habits quand on prend la douche et sinon bien accueilli le messieurs très gentil avec mes petits enfants ils ont même eux des bonbons

Logement propre.

Il manquait la moitié des draps et des serviettes. Heureusement que j'en avais apporté. Le logement n'est pas adapté pour 4 personnes (le canapé est trop petit même pour 2 ados). La douche est pleine de moisissure. Seul un radiateur fonctionnait.
