Appartement bien situé, au cœur des remparts. C'est bien pour tout visiter à pieds. Le parking gratuit au pied de l'immeuble est un plus.
La cour intérieure en partage avec les 4 autres appartements ne fait pas envie. Elle n'est pas abritée et table et fauteuil sont trempés lorsqu'il pleut. Le carrelage au sol n'est du coup pas bien propre. Donc petit coin sans intérêt.

L endroit ou est l appartement. L interieur de l appart cosy,malgré quelques qoiak.
L entrée etait tres sale,comme les couloirs.escaliers dangereux et les rampes tous autant. Et je ne vous parle pas du speudo espace bien etre.hyper hyper sale.l odeur d égout dans l appartement une fois qu on utile les éviers.une machine a café qui ne fonctionne pas,quand on met la bouilloir en route,elle fait sauter le compteur.et les.escaliers a monter 3 étages plus jamais pas pratique du tout pour monter les valises.
