Small pool area, location is good. Big fridge! Got fresh bedsheets after 3 nights :) Early check in without extra costs.

Unfortunately we got a room in the sun. That means from 7 am to 16.30 pm sun on your terrace so you can't sit outside as there is no shade! It was fully booked so no option to change room The airconditioning started to leak really bad, we got new towels and could use the old ones to keep the water from going on the floor. They would call maintenance, they never came in the 2 nights we had left. No desk in the room like in some of the picture so a small room with a bed No drinking water available :( Only 2 plugs in the room and 1 of that is in use for the fridge . The other is next to the sink Wifi not good.

Location is perfect, a few minutes from the beach and Icon Bali mall. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful.

Internet was poor

The location is great, plenty of options for food, shopping, and beach. The staff are so nice and helpful when needed. The pool is a nice option to cool off during the hot days. The grounds are really beautiful taken care of with lush garden vibes.

The rooms smell very wet and moldy. The sink in my room wasn’t mounted properly. The shower isn’t inclosed at all so the water runs everywhere and the drain is t positioned in a good spot for drainage. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and I wasn’t provided a proper duvet just a weird throw at the end of the bed. The WiFi was intermittent but worked when it would connect.
