A very nice place to stay. The room was big, very clean and comfortable. The staff was super sweet and helpful. The location is perfect, right next to the stores, restaurants and bars, with the icon mall in a 5 minute walk. I stayed for 12 days and booked 10 more.

Friendly, polite staff. Good communication before check-in.. Greeted me at gate on late arrival and carried my luggage upstairs for me. Then carried luggage downstairs at checkout. Helped with sim card and taxi bookings.
Plenty of storage space. Drying rack for swimwear. Fridge-freezer. Nice, clean balcony area, set forward from adjacent room.
Secure. Someone always available at reception.
Safe for solo female traveller. Close to 2 beaches, night market, Icon, Warungs. Well-lit road.
They seem to have taken positive action on previous feedback. They provided bottled water, shower gel, toothbrush/ toothpaste. There is also a drinking water dispenser at reception. I would stay again

Great clean room, foyer areas & location for 5 min beach frontage area, across the road from local food markets for & other bars too if that’s what you’re seeking. Lovely guest hosts and good value.
No outdoor garden/terrace area but did have balcony area outside room. Unfortunately the kettle didn’t work and didn’t find a remote for TV but spent time out and about most of my stay.

The location away from the main street, the clean room, it is a lovely family run place, for the price you can't beat it and we were so grateful that they went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The WiFi speed was great and the water pressure of the shower was great too !! We will be back !!
If you have an issue with the odd noise, like occasional traffic noise then it might be a problem.
