The rooms and location is okay, but the service and hospitality is quite poor.

The room is nice as well as the area around therestaurant, and the location is good.

There was no hospitality from the staff, during our entire stay we felt like intruders who were incovnieniencing the staff. Looks like they focus on the restaurant side of the businness and the hotel is only an afterthought. We received no cleaning at all, and the breakfast was also quite poor, however you can ask for scrambled eggs which is not shown on the menu, and this was okay. They give only one fruit plate for two people (what happens when someone is solo?). They didn’t even offer tea or black coffee to the breakfast. On the booking, our check out time was noon, but they tried to tell us to leave at 11, and they were also unhelpful when it came to storing our luggage after check-out, wanting to charge 50k. This has never been an issue in any of our previous stays.

Calm, nicely decorated and great staff!

The staff were fantastic. Friendly, very helpful and made sure you were taken care of. There is a breakfast every morning - limited to a few items on the menu and you needed to tell them what you wanted the evening before, however, sometimes they woud offer a little extra! The rooms were spacious and clean. The windows are quite high so you don't have a view as such, however there is an outdoor area with tables and benches. The decor was very nicely done, lots of artwork on the walls. The location is about a 5-minute walk from Sanur beach and a few minutes from Sindhu night market where you can find an array of food stalls. There are plenty of local shops selling fruit etc. alongside a huge variety of restaurants, cafes and shops selling the usual souvenir stuff.

I went during rainy season and we did go a whole day without wifi, unfortunately. It happens and it's not the worst thing in the world but if you are coming for work then maybe think about a plan B (there are lots of cafes with wifi and also a few co-working spaces). Noise is what you expect from being in Indonesia. The rooms aren't exactly soundproofed but it's pretty quiet for where it is located. The restaurant downstairs closes at 10pm, so any noise coming from a busy night doesn't last long.

Excellent restaurant on site. Near by eateries, massage place, supermarket, gym. Near by night market. The place is very peaceful, set in lovely gardens and is kept clean and tidy. Not far from Icon. The new shopping Mall. The place only has 5 rooms. Staff very happy and helpful.

A true gem in Sanur

Very big room and very quiet (which is rare in Bali). Delicious breakfast! Amazing location. Very good value for money - we wanted to stay for another night but they were fully booked!

Walkable to the icon mall, beach and convinient store.

The toilet floor is dirty. You can see the black stain on the toilet floor and wall. If you want them to tidy up the room. They won't change your bed sheet and give you a new set of towel. It smells like a moldy toilet without a proper air ventilation. Its not clean as what you think.

Great value for money

The location is perfect. Very unique accommodation, with a lot of nice detail. Staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in late due to flight delay. The room is simple but clean and nice. Perfect for a short stay :)

Perfect stay in Sanur

Amazing homestay in great location with amazing food!

Sare is a traditional homestay that has been modernised with new rooms and an amazing restaurant. The staff are super friendly and the food is fantastic. The pork sate and crushed new potatoes were amazing, highly recommended! The room was modern, clean and spacious with a TV complete with Netflix and the aircon was great and quiet. The location was perfect as it was on a quiet street, right next to the night market and only a short walk to the beach and centre of Sanur. Can't recommend the place enough, wish I'd stayed there the whole time I was in Sanur!

Amazing stay

If you’re traveling to Nusa and need a place to rest your head, this is the place. Approx 30 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the port. The staff are gorgeous and the food is incredible. You have to try it! We were so impressed with the size and cleanliness of the room too.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit viel Charme und Herzlichkeit

Die Unterkunft war ideal gelegen- alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen -Strand -Restaurants -Shops - Massageangebote, also total zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Architektur des Hauses ist außergewöhnlich und sehr ästhetisch mit wunderschönen Details. Wir sind herzlich in Empfang genommen worden, haben dort nicht nur vorzüglich gespeist, sondern haben auch noch wunderschöne Outfits gefunden,, die die Tochter des Hauses unter dem Label gayali kreiert. Herzlichen Dank für alles und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft, die alles hält, was sie verspricht

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut, vom Strand, fußläufig in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer Waren wie auf den Bilder, Stilvoll, schlicht und sauber. Sehr nettes Personal, gutes, einfaches Essen. In ca. 5/7 Minuten ist man am Birds House einer Idealen Restaurant/Lounge Location.

Der Hauseigene Hahn legt relativ früh los sein Ständchen zu singen. Störte mich nicht, aber sollte man bedenken, wenn man sensibel ist 😉
