Sare Homestay and Artspace Sanur

Sare Homestay and Artspace gave me exactly what I needed as a single traveler in search of downtime and serenity. If entering into a homestay courtyard and finding a Warung with fabulous food served alongside a pond of carp, by friendly is the vibe you’re looking for, you came to the right place. Once in my room I found it spacious, clean and comfortable with everything I needed; small fridge, power points next to the bed, TV (with Netflix), and a water dispenser on the landing outside the rooms for convenient replenishment of drinking water. Once in the room it was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to bustling streets, the Night Market and restaurants. The only time I was disturbed by noise was by a guest’s crying baby and that certainly can’t be helped. The beach, with its famous walking/cycling path stretching for kilometres is only a short (and diverting) walk away, with plenty to catch my attention as I walked. I find myself relaxing just recalling my stay and I have every intention of going back. (Oh! I haven’t even mentioned the artworks. The icing on the cake.)

Be aware there’s stairs and cobblestones to negotiate with your luggage. - Not a complaint, just a heads up.

Posizione centrale a 10 minuti a piedi a piedi dalla spiaggia e dai localini sul lungomare di Sanur, collegato alla struttura c’è il ristorante che fa cucina tipica indonesiana. Camere spaziose e arredate in stile moderno dotate di tutto il necessario (mini frigo compreso). La colazione si sceglie il giorno prima tra quelle proposte dalla struttura e la qualità del cibo è davvero ottima!

I cuscini a nostro parere erano decisamente troppo alti..ma trattasi di puro gusto personale!

The staff is more concentrated on the restaurant than the hotel.

Walkable to the icon mall, beach and convinient store.

The toilet floor is dirty. You can see the black stain on the toilet floor and wall. If you want them to tidy up the room. They won't change your bed sheet and give you a new set of towel. It smells like a moldy toilet without a proper air ventilation. Its not clean as what you think.
