Located in a great area - we love Poblenou! Rooms were clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great! The rooftop with the infinity pool and great views was the highlight!

Food (breakfast in basement and bar menu at rooftop bar) were good quality and decent value for money. Bar staff at rooftop bar were friendly and helpful.

Location far away from central. The first single room I was given had a damp mould-like smell in the bathroom and bathroom was also not fully cleaned. The air conditioning was impossible to work out. Had to request from room change which luckily the staff agreed to help. The lift also has a chemical smell. The breakfast restaurant in the basement has a fire alarm that goes off every single morning and it's very stressful for customers, especially when just waking up. Rooftop pool image in hotel listing is misleading – it's very small and is the length of only 4-5 beach chairs.
