The terrace door didn’t close perfectly. It was fine when it came to traffic noise, but less so with the late-night SONAR partygoers gathering on their balconies in the middle of the night. Might be worth enforcing this more strictly next year to ensure a quieter experience for all guests.

Well located, not very touristic nor far from touristic attractions 😉

- Effective soundproofing between rooms and the outside outside - Good location in a quiet neighborhood and close to the essential services (bus and metro stops, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants) - Friendly and courteous staff - Clean - Very spacious rooms - Proximity to the sea - Online check-in

- No toilet brush in the WC, with the obvious consequences - No ventilation fan in the bathroom - Outdated shower fixtures with an impractical mechanism: each time you open water, you had to lift a cylindrical valve while the shower was on to direct water to the handheld showerhead - Water flow seems worked with just two speeds: one medium-slow and one excessively strong - The glass panel covering half the bathtub wasn’t fixed to the tub’s edge, risking accidental leaning and falling - Inside the bathtub was a handle at knee height usefull for bathing, but its edges and corners—although matching the design of other bathroom fittings—were sharp and could cause injury while getting shower - The bathtub’s base had a 15 cm crack - The hairdryer initially didn’t work because its power button was misaligned. It was reported and promptly fixed, but it was still unstable and likely to break again - Power outlets by the bed were inconveniently located under the bedside shelf A four-star hotel—offering plus services such as an outdoor pool, gym, fitness room and sun terrace—does not justify the cons listed above nor the room rate. The price-quality ratio for the room itself is disproportionate
