The staff were amazing. Really pleasant and helpful. Let us hold our bags when we arrived early and freshen up before check in. Accommodated our late check out as well.
I felt the cost was quite high but that’s probably due to the cost of Barcelona and not the hotels fault really.

Pool bar and roof top pool were great, a nice area but limited seating for the amount of guests
The rooms were small, the tea and coffee in the room were poor. One sachet of each, one small capsule of milk each and one sugar each

The room is ok, I booked a single. Spa facilities really need an upgrade.
I booked a spa appointment and wanted to use the steam room which was so small. After my treatment, I tried but there were 4 other guests who were staying in hotel and took over the plunge pool so I couldn’t enjoy.
