We’ve just left this lovely apartment & Venice after staying 12 nights. It felt exclusive to arrive through the gate, into the large foyer and walk into the only apartment on the ground floor.
Great location, close to the Academia bridge & vaporetto stop, on the Grand Canal!! We never tired of looking out the windows to watch the sun rise, boats pass, the evening arrive or the weather. If you’re dinning in, the kitchen is well appointed with all you need to cook a meal.
Gracious host Alessandro met us at the boat dock to make sure we found the apartment and thoughtfully explained how to use all appliances, it was most convenient to have a washing machine for our stay.
Can’t think of a thing to complain about!!

The location was perfect for an older couple. Everything within walking distance and very close to the Vaporerro.
The hosts were fantastic and the apartment perfect . Everything about the apartment was perfect for a long stay. Good facilities warm and a comfortable bed
