Excellent location. Very helpful, friendly staff. Clean and spacious room.
Overall I like this property. Not much of a view. The View is of the backside of buildings under construction. But Porto has a lot of construction happening so not unexpected.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Le personnel était agréable et a l'écoute.
La douche est très jolie mais pas très pratique en terme de disposition.

Le personnel de l’accueil et du petit déjeuner était très bien, confort du lit nickel, proximité très bien, petit déjeuner pas trop mal.
Le ménage pourrait fortement être amélioré en peut être changent le personnel de ménage car une cigarette ( qui n’était pas la mienne car je ne fume pas) a été trouvé sous meuble de rangement là où été le mini frigo à notre arrivée de la poussière à plus en voir la couleur de la chambre. Les toilettes n’était pas lavez c’est dommage !
Pour un 4 étoiles c’est limite. Il pourrait aussi y avoir au moins de l’eau fraîche au frigo. Et le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus garnis.
