Staff all very pleasant and knowledgeable. Good breakfast options. Lovely rooms, spacious and very clean. Very convenient for the tram.

Good hotel and nice breakfast ... few things I would have liked are coffee machine and iron in the room. Also the parking garage had very few spots and the approach to it was very steep.
