The location is great. Near bus and tram stops and easy parking close by.
Modern eclectic decor.
Marlene recommended a great restaurant nearby and was quick to give us a fan when we asked.
The bedroom we were in had no window and smelled a bit odd.
The facilities include a communal washing machine but you need to pay €20 to use it.

Locatie is super en gebouw en kamer, het ziet er allemaal super uit. Klein koelkastje aanwezig, koffiezetter en waterkoker. Alles wat je nodig hebt.
Je kan wel eens een mug binnen hebben want er is geen hordeur of horren in de ramen

L’emplacement et les restos et bars a proximité. Mention spéciale pour la taberna dos cais pedras
La chambre du haut, parfaite en couple
La disponibilité de Marlene.
La gentillesse du personnel d’entretien
Très bien pour couples ou adultes, pas forcément adapté aux familles avec enfants.
Nous avons eu un problème avec le lit des enfants dans la chambre du bas qui ne tenait pas. Marlene a envoyé quelqu'un pour réparer cependant.

Good location, very nicely decorated and a lot of interesting art. The room has view over the river (unfortunately we didn’t get the beautiful sunsets as it rained), fairly close to centre, on a main tram line.
The toilet doesn’t have a door so makes things very uncomfortable. The room is over bars so it has been very noisy until 2 am, plus is by a tram line so again has been very noisy due to that, but the host did provide ear plugs which was indeed needed.
