Very nice place.

The bed is comfortable, everything is very clean and seems to be nicely renovated.

First, it should be much clearer in both the photos and the description that the kitchen is shared with the entire building.... around 6 rooms. That's a lot of people sharing one kitchen, and it was completely unexpected. The building has been nicely renovated, and it's obvious that the bathroom is new. However, the toilet is in such a small closed space that it quickly starts to feel like a sauna. Even with the ventilation running, it becomes uncomfortably warm after just a short time. The shower also has only a fixed ceiling showerhead. Depending on your preferences, you may end up getting parts of your body wet when you don't want to, as there is no handheld shower option. Finally, communication regarding the parking spot was extremely difficult. It honestly felt like I was talking to a first-generation AI. Instead of explaining what was possible, I kept receiving instructions about what not to do. When I asked for confirmation about where I should park, the responses were confusing and inconsistent. It was clear that the person wasn't a native English speaker, but even using Google Translate or AI would have resulted in much clearer and more accurate communication.

Atmosphere, interior, air conditioning was very good

Could be more spacious and bathroom more private

Was clean and comfortable. Apartment met all my expectations
