Very clean. Close to Casa da Musica Big space, good shower, comfirtable bads Easy self check-in
I wish they had a way to make tea/coffee in the room. The kitchen diwnstairs was not a good option when the room is in the 2nd floor

it was a bit too cold, especially in the bathrooms. Please install electric heaters as winter months maybe not as cold in temperature but the moisture creates extreme cold filling

Pretty much everything! Stylistically very well done. It was clean, felt safe and your staff excel at what they do.
Your staff member went above and beyond to understand my personal needs. Shoulder surgery prompted a modification in location and it was handled flawlessly. An early out the next day, haunted them to provide breakfast food. It was handled with great care.
