The location was perfect. The host was not there. There were no replacement on the coffee pods in the basement. The room had great air conditioning and was well maintained except for the shower which leaked. The beds were quite comfortable and our stay was very pleasant.
The shower leaked onto the floor. They did not replace the coffee or sugar in the downstairs breakfast room

Everything was nice.
The only problem was the boiler issue because of which we didn’t have hot water for first day. But the owner refunded us the first night.

Great value for money. The beds and pillows are amazing, powerful airconditioning that is quiet too. Great towels, loved the bath with the jets. Glasses and water can with crackers were a great touch. Handy mini bar, desk and enough room to put everything away.
Very poor sound insulation. You can hear everything that happens: every little sound, doors, footsteps on the stairs or from neighbours above, woke me up several times.
A little tip for the owners: amazing place that could use a little more tender love and care in terms of cleaning: there were cobwebs on the ceiling and hairs from other people around the room and in the shower. But overall, clean, great value for money.
The area is a bit remote from downtown Lisbon.
