"They were very accommodating with the booking after two typhoons passed by. The onsen was very relaxing! And from our hotel room we could see Nachi Waterfall 😁"

The staff was attentive. The vibes were good, the room was large and comfortable. The public bath was clean
Not much to do in the area food options were only Japanese

Classy hotel with a great rotemburo and excellent food plus an unexpected games area and little library
They were unable to accommodate a request for vegetarian food without advance notice

The Japanese Ryokan breakfast was extraordinary!!! And the outdoor onsen was just perfect at night, I was soaking in onsen under the stars! The staff are all polite, friendly and helpful. The sea view from our room was amazing!!!
It’d be even more wonderful if the restaurant could allow walk-in guest for dinner, but it’s not a complaint really because I know how seriously Japanese take meal preparation.

Restaurant was amazing, great food. The room was clean.
The hotel is becoming quite dated and some of the common areas were a bit dirty and needed refreshing. My room had a view over the car park where noisy repairs were being done. I felt the hotel was overpriced for this reason.
