ほとんどのスタッフさんが丁寧に対応してくれる。これが一番。高級はホテルでもスタッフがあかんかったら気分悪くなる。
おそらく技能実習生の人だと思うが日本語もかなり上手で一生懸命でした。
いつでもいただけるウェルカムコーヒーがあります。
ミニ家族風呂には飲料水の機器が無かった。
それ自体は問題ないけどお部屋にサービスで水があるのだから持っていくよう言ってくれたらもっとよかったかな

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations and was the nicest stay on my two week trip. The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way. The included dinner was absolutely amazing. The onsite onsen was a real treat. The rooms could use an upgrade, but other than that, this hotel more than delivered on all accounts.
The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade. Other than that, absolutely no complaints about this property.
