KUMANOYASAI Cottage in Chikatsuyu

Beautiful location, very helpful manager of property. She was very detailed and prompt and very nice.

Nothing everything was great.

Shino was such an excellent host! Her property exceeded all expectations, in such a beautiful serene area but still close walk to town! The cottage was just amazing, so thoughtful in every way, super comfortable beds, incredible views, so clean and fresh, had everything I needed plus! It had a super cool vibe to it as well! I am definitely telling family and friends of this treasure and would love to return for longer!! Meals were so delicious, I had breakfast at her lovely cafe in town! Thanks so much Shino!

I didn’t stay long enough!

Shino was such a warm and delightful host that she really made our stay. The house was perfect and the food was wonderful (we bought dinner, breakfast and a packed lunch). The location was ideal for the Kumano Kodo.

Comfortable, traditional Japanese house. Had everything you need for the night. Nice location. Food was great quality.

Felt very overpriced for what was offered and the service provided. One bedroom has no heater in the night so got very cold. Service felt very rushed and inflexible. No handwash and out of date milk for the coffee. Overall not worth the price point.
