Quiet peaceful place for going offline. (That doesn't mean you don't get signals on your phone though) Staff are so nice and helpful.
If we are nitpicking, there could be more variety in food. This may only apply for us (we stayed 3 nights). By the 3rd night of grilling my own meat and hotpot (shabu shabu/sukiyaki), my palette was craving a different texture. But no fault on the hotel, we should not have stayed 3 nights. To be clear the food is really good.

Thoughtful services. The staff noticed that we have an elderly traveler, he immediately got us a higher chair to ensure the elderly can sit comfortably. There are staff who can speak English which was very helpful. The food portion was more than enough and every dish was tasty. We would love to visit again!
The public bath on premises is only indoor; however, there is an outdoor public bath across the street.

Beautiful garden and relaxing Onsen. Dinners were all quite good!! Staff are all very helpful!
The wifi sometimes very weak, besides I’m not used to sleep on Tatami Bed, my back wasn’t comfortable when get up and down.
