從房間到公共區域都非常的乾淨、很舒適。房間很大可以攤開行李箱。 最近的車站就有兩間超市，旅店的隔壁條街也有超市生活機能很好。
希望大門可以有密碼鎖之類的，任何人都可以打開大門進入公共區域會讓人感到很不安，而且剛好我入住的那天大門就開著。所以需要離開房間使用洗手間或盥洗的時候一定會聽外面有沒有動靜，然後一定帶著鑰匙隨時上鎖。

員工友善，區域在高尚住宅區街道乾淨舒服，附近有食店，100円店，洗衣店很方便，有電磁爐，大雪櫃，水煲…可在附近超市買食材自己煮食，解決了晚餐及早餐
隔音設備不理想，半夜鄰房開門聲也聽到，連住7晚但沒有人來打掃房間，也沒有提供自動吸塵機，所以滿地頭髮厚塵

茗荷谷駅から歩きで程よい距離だし、建物は昭和の学生宿的雰囲気でしたが、中は、アメニティ含め、清潔感と気配りされており、満足。
二階階段を使用時、周囲の各窓から目に入るような感があった。 周辺の隣接した環境なので窓をあける事ができない。
