Not quiet as expected
- Great location: very close to the train station and a nearby supermarket. - The kitchen is well equipped. - Nice balcony
1. The apartment does NOT match the photos shown on the listing. What we found was noticeably different from what is advertised. 2. Cleanliness was lacking upon arrival — for example, the pillows were not clean, we found hair and stains on it. 3. The bed is a foldable cot with a thin mattress — not suitable for more than a short stay. 4. We had to share one towel, as the other was used to cover the pillows. 5. Despite staying for a full week, there were no extra towels (just two large bath towels) or bed linens available, not even in case of emergency. 6. The Power outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, so we had to use the kitchen to dry our hair.

Great location, good value
+ great location, close to a big supermarket, to restaurants and to the train and tram + good communication with the owner ahead of the arrival - cleaness: it was superficially clean but you could tell that it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while - the bed was quite uncomfortable. It isn't a proper bed but more like the kind of foldable bed you put in your guests' room. The mattress was very thin and not really comfortable. It feels like the pictures are a bit misleading. Overall, I'd still recommend the place.

Overall, very nice experience. If we're back in Nice we book this property again for the great locat
I liked the location (very close to the train station and the tram) and the balcony. The access was really easy as well and the room was very clean when we arrived.
We had a problem one time where we didn't have hot water and the fan was not working as well. The kitchen was ok, nothing special, but it did have enough for our breakfast.

Soggiorno soffocante
La struttura ha una buona posizione trovandosi vicino alla fermata del tram e alla stazione ferroviaria di Nice Riquier. L’host è reperibile e fornisce tutte le info per il check in, soggiorno e check out. Nella struttura sono disponibili: Lenzuola Due asciugamani Due tappetini da bagno Due rotoli di carta igienica Stendino Asciugacapelli Capsule per la lavatrice
La struttura trovandosi al quinto piano è molto calda, non è fornita di aria condizionata ma solo di un ventilatore mal funzionante che a stento riesce ad arieggiare la stanza. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo dovuto smontarlo e pulire le pale per far sì che si sentisse un po’ di fresco. La stanza viene pulita a fine soggiorno ma non sembra ci sia così molta pulizia, per i cuscini ho preferito utilizzare federe personali perché non sembravano del tutto puliti. Nel bagno la doccia è molto piccola.
