Det är ett bra boende med perfekt läge! Det är nära staden och 5minuters gång till närmaste strand. Lägenheten var inte för varm trots att det inte fanns av utan en fläkt. Vi sov bra här och trivdes i staden

I love the location, just near the rocky beaches which is my favourite. The place is very petit however, it has it's own charm. The kitchen is not quite workable but if you're not big on cooking, it's fine for a few days.
I did not expect it to be on basement level. Fortunately I had good 4days without any rains. It is a bit of worrisome when it rains or anything can enter the room through the window (insects or that sorts,, so I could not sleep with windows open, although there is no A/C. I wouldn't stay there in the middle of summer without A/C. Fortunately it was early June, so it was not the extreme, however, you know how hot it gets in the peak of summer.

Me gustó la situación, junto al puerto de Niza. También para la relación calidad precio es buena. El estudio es nuevo y está muy limpio y es suficiente para poder estar unos días y cocinar o prepararte las comidas si quieres
Es un sótano y tiene inconveniente de cualquier apartamento: tienes que hacer un depósito de 100 € y tiene unos horarios muy limitadas. Es decir, llegar a partir de las 4:00 de la tarde y te tienes que marchar antes de las 10:00 de la mañana. Eso impide poder dejar maletas en el apartamento y te las tienes que arreglar de otra manera.

Une jeune femme a attendu notre arrivée pour nous donner les clés, ce n'était pas le loueur d'où des délais dans la communication.
Le studio est dans un sous sol, c'est une cave, très bien aménagée mais cela n'est pas dit dans l'annonce...
