Bel appartement, balcon, 15 minutes du centre

The balcony was nice and the location to bus stops and trams were good.

The host didn’t send us the code when she stated she would and took over an hour to respond yet wouldn’t allow later checkout (if she was late with code why should I have to leave on time?), there were two fans however one was broken so we had to move the one back and forth from room to room, the smoke detector was also not installed (safety issue?), there was also a lamp placed oddly in the middle of living room not plugged in just took up space, vacuum in the way of seating area so only one chair useable at table, the storage around the bed made for awkward sleeping arrangements, the pillows were VERY flat and not enough of them, there were no garbage bags and little direction on how to empty trash, the fridge was off upon arrival so some of our food went bad, no instructions to turn on upon arrival and too late when we noticed, spider webs in bathroom and sink not draining properly.
