A pretty 30 m2 apartment located on the Garibaldi Square with 1 bedroom near the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, it is also only 2 minutes away from the tram stop Garibaldi Le Château that connects the airport.

Located on the third floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, A/C, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a confortable double bed, bathroom with shower and an independent WC, living room with a sofa and TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.
Access
Apartment is ideally located between Garibaldi Square and the Old Town, less than 5 minutes away from Garibaldi Square’s tram.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Garibaldi Square and The Old Town are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 10 minutes on foot. Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 100m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in Nice by car and park in the streets around the Harbor area or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Promenade des Arts. Access to the building isn’t possible by car as the Old Town is a pedestrian zone.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

Very close to tram links to the airport and all parts of Nice. Great place for visiting the old town, port and newer parts of Nice. There's a great choice of restaurants less than a minute's walk away.

Location . good bed , clean
I was alone therefore no negative impact but there is hot water only for one shower some plates or cooking accessories missing , no curtain for privacy in the bathroom , limited space for clothes.

Great location but the property needs a refresh. The hvac unit did not work-had to use a space heater for heat. Mattress and pillows need to be replaced. Have to go to the host’s office to pick up keys-not convenient when you have luggage. I left property several days early and I was given a refund.
