Fall in love with this unique slice of paradise in the middle of Old Nice, one of the most enchanting neighborhoods of France. Unique, tastefully renovated and carefully decorated, this apartment will be your sweet home away from home while you discover the treasures of the French Riviera. Located on a very quiet street directly across from the chapel of Sainte Croix, and just a minute away from the bustling shops, restaurants and bars, a maze of streets and the charming energy of Vieux Nice.
The apartment is decorated with treasures I have found all over the world during my career in yachting. You will find that everything has been carefully designed to meet the needs and desires of my guests. You will be mesmerized by the Indonesian teakwood, Italian tiling, Persian and Turkish decorative accents and French neoclassical paintings throughout the space. Amenities are bountiful and if there s anything I have not provided, then I will make sure to put it on my list for your next stay.
Guests can access everything that the apartment has to offer, including a full chef s kitchen, washing machine, a beautiful bathroom reminiscent of a luxury hammam, a new plasma television, WiFi, Harman Kardon surround sound and an iMac desktop.
I will do my best to personally greet you upon check in and check out, as I live and work in Old Nice. It is important for me to interact with my guests and develop relationships with them, as hospitality is an innate passion of mine. I am here to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible.
The living room has a beautiful Roche Bobois sleeper sofa, and is quite comfortable from personal experience. So in essence, the place can sleep up to four guests quite comfortably.

I would give a 10 star review if I could. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, beautiful! Houman was great! He was in contact with us at any time we needed, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants, sight seeing and night life. He also has everything you need if you decide to stay in and have a nice dinner. The place is close to everything in old town and a copule of blocks from the tram if you need to go further. We practically walked everywhere. We could have not asked for more. The appartment has plenty of space for 2 people. It's located on a second floor. You do need to go up some stairs, but it's not bothersome unless you have tons of heavy luggage or need/prefer to be in a place with elevators. It wasn't a big deal for us (we had two luggages and one carry-on)

This apartment was perfect, modern stylish and comfortable. The owner, Houman was very gracious and responded promptly to all our needs. It is located in the heart of the Old Town and a five minute stroll to the beach. We were 2 adults and 2 children 15 & 11. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
