There was no iron, and no one replied to me regarding it, unfortunately.

Excellent location in downtown Nice, comfortable pull out bed, nicely equipped kitchen.
The studio could have been a bit more clean, particularly in the bathroom.

It was next to the beach. And other things to do or see. And the air conditioner was great too.
Smaller than expected. We were without Wi-Fi for 2 days because of technical issues which would have been best if it had been resolved before our arrival. The bed made noise at every move. The walls are thin and so you could hear every thing the neighbour next door did. There wasn’t some vital cooking utensils. We didn’t know how to turn on the kitchen hood because there were no buttons around it so all the smell of what we cooking remained inside unless we opened the window.
