Finding a decent and reliable apartment in Rome can be quite a challenge, but this place was exactly what our group of 4 friends (aged 57–60) needed. We all wanted our own individual rooms just to sleep, shower, and freshen up, and this setup worked perfectly for us. The air conditioning was great, ensuring we didn't suffer from the heat at night.
The location is strategic, very close to public transport, and surrounded by excellent local restaurants. Stefano was also an excellent, welcoming, and highly communicative host. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and the WiFi worked perfectly.
We were overall very satisfied with our stay!
The only real downside is that some past tenants left ugly marks by squashing mosquitoes on the white walls. The walls definitely need a quick refresh/repaint, but otherwise, everything was fine.

El anfitrión estuvo en contacto en todo momento aclarando nuestras dudas y/o preguntas. La parada del metro se encuentra a 5 minutos del alojamiento y te deja en el centro en 15 minutos. El barrio es animado y con bastante oferta de restauración.

Manque des chaises dans les chambres, de quoi poser à coté du lit, peu de crochets pour suspendre dans la chambre
Manque beaucoup d'équipements dans la cuisine : pas de cafetière (une machine nespresso seulement) pour 6 personnes qui boivent beaucoup de café le matin, pas de saladier, pas de carafe, pas de ciseaux, pas de torchons..... des couteaux qui coupent
Manque des crochets dans les salles de bains pour suspendre et de quoi poser
