Everything was just as described. Spacious for the 4 of us. Instructions for the key were clear. We felt very safe and the location was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and gelato shops in walking distance, but away from the busy tourist areas. The host was very kind as well and texted to check up on us every few days to make sure everything was ok. We had an issue with the city tax payment and he was also very patient with that and offered alternate options.

Walls could be cleaned/repainted but this did not affect our stay overall

Finding a decent and reliable apartment in Rome can be quite a challenge, but this place was exactly what our group of 4 friends (aged 57–60) needed. We all wanted our own individual rooms just to sleep, shower, and freshen up, and this setup worked perfectly for us. The air conditioning was great, ensuring we didn't suffer from the heat at night. The location is strategic, very close to public transport, and surrounded by excellent local restaurants. Stefano was also an excellent, welcoming, and highly communicative host. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and the WiFi worked perfectly. We were overall very satisfied with our stay!

The only real downside is that some past tenants left ugly marks by squashing mosquitoes on the white walls. The walls definitely need a quick refresh/repaint, but otherwise, everything was fine.
