Our family (5 adults and 2 kids) had a wonderful week at Canine Cove! The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped and we had so much fun hanging out at the pool, barbecuing, exploring downtown and taking trips to the nearby beaches (several great ones within 10min drive). We can’t wait to come back next year!!

The property was great, the back way to Rehoboth Beach which avoids Rt1 was clutch. The kitchen was well appointed, someone left the gas open for the grill & the spare was empty, just needs to be checked. My suspicion is that the cleaning crew leaves things that could be used by next guest. The outcome was that there wasn't any room in cabinets to store our provisions and we were left with stuff on the counters. There was an entire cabinet full of tea, opened chocolate chips, open powdered sugar, disposable shot cups, clam shells,etc. Truthfully it felt a little lazy, like they were hoping someone else would organize it or pitch it. The body wash in both bathrooms were 100% empty & so we added that to our shopping. Neighborhood was friendly. Pool was nice. Rooms were nice and comfy.

There was plenty of room, great location close to the community pool. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We had a pleasant stay!

About a 7 minute drive to the ocean front. I stayed here with my family at the end of the busy season. Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. Vacasa did not notify us that a separate entrance was supposed to be used. We arrived around 11pm & stuck at the gate for about 30 minutes & the 24/7 hotline was zero help. Local neighbors came outside to inform us of the entrance not requiring a fob.
There is a first floor half bath with poor drainage in the sink. There were quite a few odd things we found around the home (rusty razor on back porch).
As well as when we arrived there were multiple windows throughout the house unlocked. The back screen Porch sliding glass door did not lock so we used a stool to secure the safety of my family.
Overall a great layout of the home & close to the beach.
