Enjoy this four bedroom home in the Keys of Marsh Harbor neighborhood located less than 2 miles to the beach and boardwalk.
Perfect for extended family or friends. The house has a master suite with queen-size bed, TV, and private bath on the main level. Most bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort and plenty of closet space. The kids can enjoy the two sets of bunk beds, one is a double twin and one is a twin on the top and double on the bottom. Three full baths and a powder room. The family room is open to the kitchen/dining areas with a separate screened porch (perfect for dining) and viewing the beautiful, peaceful pond. The kitchen has everything you'll need to feel right at home. Plenty of parking with room for two cars in the driveway, and auxiliary.
Aside from the beach, there's an opportunity to get wet at the community pool or walk to an adventure at Jungle Jim's Waterpark right next door to the Keys of Marsh Harbor. The development has a tennis court too. Within walking distance are a coffee shop, golf driving range, outlet shops and The Big Fish Grill a very nice seafood restaurant.

Place looked recently remodeled. Owners provided us with parking passes to beach and a gift card for dinner. Comfortable house and pool was walking distance. Had a great experience staying here.
