This wonderful home boasts a location like no other - you will be close to restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and great attractions like Jungle Jim's, Rehoboth Beach, Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, and Funland. Enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides on the Junction and Breakwater Trail through the community private gate. In addition, you are granted access to a community outdoor pool and fitness center.
The main floor is located on the second level, offering a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Create everlasting memories in the sunny living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a large smart TV with streaming capability to keep everyone entertained during the stay. Attached to the living room is a screened porch with a nice area overlooking the shared grounds. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining. You can enjoy dinner at the large dining table, which is also great for board game nights.
The first floor of this townhouse enjoys a private bedroom with its own TV, ensuite bath, and a private patio. The upper, third level offers two additional bedrooms. The primary suite has a private deck with a TV, and an ensuite bath. The 4th floor is great for kids & teens with several beds , TV and ensuite bath as well.
