About this house rental
Welcome to the Grande at Canal Pointe community, east of Route 1 and within walking/biking distance to downtown Rehoboth or the beaches. The Grande has two community pools, two clubhouses with fitness equipment and games like shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball, and a play ground. The community is surrounded by protected wetlands, The Cape Henlopen State Park, and the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal. You can access the Junction and Breakwater Bike Trails (connecting Rehoboth and Lewes) at the entrance of the community. Biking into downtown Rehoboth Beach is only minutes away where you can enjoy fantastic restaurants and the quintessential beach boardwalk that features the historic Funland amusement park for all ages to enjoy. Outlet shopping is only minutes away. Three bedrooms are on the main floor including a full master bath and another full bath and the second floor includes one bedroom and the loft with a full bath. The kitchen is open to the Great Room and includes a separate breakfast nook and separate dining room with an extendable table to accommodate up to 12 for festive dinners. The outside patio includes table, chairs and gas grill, perfect for summer dining outside. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach! Grill dinner and take it along to one of the two community pools for a summer poolside dinner. The great room and upstairs loft have flat screen TVs. The basement features an entertainment area with a ping-pong and pool table. All rooms have ceiling fans. Wireless Internet and three parking spaces provided. NO smoking or pets.
Guest pays $175.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Travel Insurance OPTIONAL.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

This house was absolutely perfect for my family. There were eleven of us, 2 children and spouses, plus six grandsons ages 16-10. The community is beautifully maintained with pools, basketball, tennis and gym. It was just minutes to the beach. We have stayed in this community before but this property was perfect for us! Thank you!
