LOCATION: Captiva Sands is located in the quiet Eagles Landing neighborhood on the bay side of Rehoboth Beach. You get the best of both worlds in this location - a respite from the hustle and bustle of Rehoboth and quick and easy access to the great restaurants, activities, shopping, and easy access to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. Captiva Sands is the perfect spot whether you are looking for a multi-family beach vacation, a girls' shopping getaway, or even a quiet off-season escape. The Captiva Sands neighborhood offers three pools (one right outside your front door), tennis courts, a recreational center, walkability to restaurants, a short bike ride to town (path and tunnel under Route 1 so it is a safe ride for both kids and adults) and close to the outlets. Just off Route 1 and a short walk to Big Fish Grill, Arenas Sports Bar and Grill, and various markets. Kids will enjoy walkability to Jungle Jim's Waterpark! Tax-free Tanger Outlets is right around the corner; it is an easy drive. The property is spacious, and ReMax was great to work with. Although things were generally very nice, we were stumped by the low bathroom sink vanities and tiny shower in the king bedroom—we challenged each of our family members to get in the small doorway and imaging doing that naked. I strongly recommend replacing that door system as well as giving that shower track a thorough cleaning. If you have small kids, there’s lots of great spaces and toys to enjoy.

We had a great stay! Just like other reviews said, the place felt bigger than the pictures convey. It was an awesome spot and so close to the beach. The house also had everything we needed, including beach toys, chairs and boogie boards. And some great toys for kids!! Thanks so much for a wonderful getaway!

Extremely pleased with this property. Very clean, close to anywhere you want to go, very spacious, and was a pleasant surprise the there was extra housewares available such as extra blankets, pillows, cleaning supplies, etc. I would highly recommend
