1 mile to The Beach and Boardwalk! This four bedroom plus loft home in the Keys of Marsh Harbor neighborhood is perfect for extended family or friends.
The house features two master suites with private baths. All bedrooms have their own large walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has two twins and Bedroom #4 has a set of bunk beds (four twins). TWELVE can comfortably enjoy this home.
Three full baths and a powder room, the whole gang can be quickly out the door to ENJOY a night out. The family room is open to the kitchen/dining areas with a screened porch and patio that has a very peaceful wooded view for an inviting and functional living space. And the kids will love taking over the upstairs entertainment loft with its own TV and queen futon. The kitchen has everything you'll need to feel right at home (blender, coffee maker, toaster, iron, washer/dryer, large pantry) and there's a patio gas grill for burger night.
Plenty of parking with room for one car in the garage, or use the garage for your beach gear. You are also provided with 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit for your use.
Aside from the beach, there's an opportunity to get wet at the community pool or walk to Jungle Jim's Waterpark right next door. Within walking distance are a coffee shop, golf driving range, outlet shops and The Big Fish Grill a very nice seafood restaurant.
There is a community swimming pool and tennis court.
