Location is beautiful with easy access to everything we needed. Units 3 and 4 had a few issues that were disappointing and the neighbors were not the most welcoming.Issues: only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom...had to go out and buy more on our own. Units were extremely hot when we arrived and the portable A/C barely made a difference. It was not comfortable until late the first evening when the ocean breeze finally cooled things down. Finally, unit 4 had a termite invasion in the master bedroom on Sunday and Monday. Had to kill them and clean them up, but others were still flying around when we left.

Although we enjoyed the location, this rental was not satisfactory at all. The shower in the front bedroom did not work at all. It's as if the management company knew that the shower did not work and they had capped the pipes to stop the flow of the water. In addition, the porch railing was completely dislodged from the building, making the porch VERY unsafe. The shower curtain, on the ONE SHOWER THAT WORKED, had mold growing along the bottom of it, and the kitchen floor was filthy.
