Designed by an interior architect, the apartment is atypical, friendly and warm. It's ideal for four people, and offers all the comforts you need to fully discover the riches of our city.
In an 18ᵉ building, this apartment is located on the second floor and offers:
- A beautiful living area with a very comfortable and spacious lounge with a large sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV
- A very comfortable dining area for six people
- A semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and numerous kitchen utensils
- A beautiful, quiet bedroom with a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160x200) and dressing room
- Another beautiful, quiet bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and dressing room
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet
- A beautiful office area
Your bed will be made up for your arrival, and towels and tea towels are provided.
A member of the Cocoonr team will be on hand to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.
The Saint-Pierre district, a UNESCO-listed historic part of Old Bordeaux, is made up of a number of small squares, including Place du Parlement, Place Camille-Jullian, Place du Palais and Place de la Bourse, which are linked by narrow cobbled streets such as Rue du Parlement, Rue de la Devise and Rue du Pas-Saint-Georges.
A semi-pedestrian area, you'll find it easy to visit Bordeaux. You'll find shops, restaurants, rue Sainte-Catherine, the Grand Théâtre, Place de la Bourse, the Quays, museums, Saint-Pierre church... all within walking distance.
Public transport :
Tramway: Porte de Bourgogne line A, C, D 50 m away on foot - direct to the station in 10 min.
Vcub :
Free Vcub bike rental station 100 m away - 24h rental for 1.80e easy to visit and get around Bordeaux
Other notes:
- A public pay parking lot, Les Salinières or the Victor Hugo parking lot, are 200 m from the apartment.(27e/24h) as well as the Place de la Bourse parking lot.

- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, all reservations of more than 30 nights will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.

Le Kube "Comfortable. Close to tram.
🙂 Very attractive and comfortable property. Great kitchen and plenty of room to relax.
🙁 The property management representative wasn't helpful. She said that taxi access to the property was available but this wasn't so. We had to walk quite a way with heavy bags because our taxi was unable to access the street were this property is."

Le Kube Excellent modern design interior suite which is cozy and close to restaurants and the shopping street saint catherine. Only issue for those driving is that there is no parking except a large public parking lot which is about 4 cobblestone blocks away and very crowded spaces. Also, there are stairs up to the suite so ne prepared to carry your luggage.

Le Kube "Well furnished, central location, good value for money.
🙂 Great location, well priced and well furnished. I would definitely look to book here again if available on my next trip to Bordeaux. On arrival it was easy to bring forward the check-in time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
🙁 Very minor point only - the instructions for what to do with rubbish at the end of the stay could have been a little bit clear. A very minor commenting not a true negative."
