Sehr schönes Interieur, gute Ausstattung, Lage gut, um Bordeaux zu erkunden.
Die Gegend ist nicht die schönste, das Haus in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Der Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer war sehr übel.

beautiful place - clean - spacious and the fact that it is easy to check in.
the outside area where the apartment is situated.. on one side you walk easily into the centre, but going in the other direction you clearly feel that you are in a very dodgy area. We were with a group of friends so not a problem but if you would be 2 girls or a couple its best to avoid to walk there at night.

A beautiful new apartment, very modern and spacious, and had every amenity needed. We loved our stay here.
The front door key was a bit sticky but we figured it out eventually but this might need to be loosed up a bit in future.
