Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge.
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The property itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a luxurious feel that made our stay extra special.What really stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff—everyone we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. And the view… it was simply heavenly. Waking up to it each morning was a dream.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great stay, condo is as advertised. This was our third time staying at a condo at the Peninsula and they have all been very nice. Condo had modern decorations, all the kitchen supplies needed, towels for the beach, laundry detergent etc.. Was a good stay, great location and beach. I'm sure we will be back.

Check in was quick and easy. Getting through front gate was difficult rhe first time. Had a problem with our oven on day 2. Day 1 it worked just fine. Called our host and texted him. No response. My husband then called the numbet in the folder left on the table. They camw and took oven with them. No oven the rest of our trip. Could not reach anyone by calling zero on our phone. Fouldnt book a massage. No one dpoke enish
