The view of Banderas Bay from this 18th floor unit in Tower 2 of the Grand Venetian will take your breath away! The oversized terrace (with private jacuzzi) gives your friends and family a front row, unobstructed view of the city, twinkling night lights, nightly fireworks, humpback whales, cruise ships docking at the marina, spectacular sunsets and all the beach action offered in picturesque Puerto Vallarta.
Inside this nearly 3000 sq. ft. unit are three large bedrooms, each with a full ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Enjoy the cross breeze from the bedroom balconies looking towards the Sierra Madre mountains through the unit and out over the Pacific eliminating continual need for A/C.
Ten minutes from the airport there is gated security at both the street entrance and beach entrance keeping this condo development extra secure. Additional meticulous cleaning processes are in place to keep the unit sanitized against the spread of COVID-19.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare whatever your friends and family desire.
The Grand Venetian offers five swimming pools, jacuzzis, modern fitness centre, full service spa, onsite restaurant with room service, games room with billiards/ping pong, tennis courts and a business centre. The complex is wheelchair accessible throughout the grounds and a wheelchair is available for loan.
Outside the complex you have easy access to everything PV has to offer. La Isla Shopping Centre is the newest mall in the area with shops ranging from Gucci to Forever 21, movie theatres and of course, Starbuck’s. Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, many grocery stores and excellent restaurants are within walking distance or less than a five minute drive away. Downtown and the Malecon can be accessed via cab or public transportation inexpensively in approx. 15 minutes.
At an additional cost, the Property Managers are happy to organize extras such as groceries upon arrival, babysitting, airport transportation, excursions, midweek maid service and restaurant recommendations. Jusk ask!

Extraordinary views, beautiful space and sunsets! Great kitchen and living space. Was met at check in for superior ease of access. Best communication I’ve ever had with a host. Highly recommend! Lovely pools and facilities. Perfect location.

I couldn’t recommend it more. The pictures don’t do the place justice. There were 6 of us and it was perfect. The pool area is beautiful and having the restaurant onsite was so convenient. It was super easy to get Ubers to go into the Romantic Zone or the Marina. My kids are ready to book the next trip!

This unit is incredible, the view is stunning. The owner and property manager are very communicative, kind and accommodating. Location and property grounds are great. It was perfect for our family of teenagers to seniors. Would love to stay here again.

The view is spectacular- from the balcony we spotted whales, watched many a beautiful sunset and enjoyed lounging on the sunbeds. The location is a highlight but the property itself has everything you could possibly need. It was clean & secure too
