This tastefully decorator appointed, luxuriously spacious oceanfront 3-4 BR SW facing 14th floor corner unit has the most desirable directional view in the entire complex with unobstructed sweeping ocean, mountain AND city views. It also has all the conveniences of home with all the amenities of a resort. Located in the 2000 tower, closest tower to the ocean, in the brand new Grand Venetian complex, its floor to ceiling windows allow unobstructed gorgeous ocean sunset & sweeping beach views. It offers these wonderful amenities and unparalleled luxury from the best location in the city.
Spend your days working out in the exercise facility before walking along the best beach in Puerto Vallarta, where you can get a waterfront massage for 2, para-sail, body surf, jet ski or join a friendly volleyball game. Then relax in exclusivity, poolside, at one of the immense zero gravity infinity pools, one of the more intimate relaxing pools or under one of the 2 person chaise beds while ordering food & drinks from the poolside wait staff.
In the evening, enjoy the truly breathtaking sunset from the 4 person jacuzzi hot tub located on the huge outdoor terrace before taking the 8 minute cab ride downtown for dinner.
The great room has a large, extra deep sectional sofa with a chaise positioned in front of a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV. Netflix is available on this TV, as well as on each flat screen TV in every bedroom.. The custom table in the dining room area seats 10 comfortably. The armoire is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, a boogie board, pool noodles and a few books & board games for your use.
The corner master bedroom affords soothing ocean views to the West & city lights views to the South. Enjoy the warm breeze, & sounds of the surf, as you curl up with a book on the chair & ottoman where the floor to ceiling sliding doors open onto the wraparound balcony to expose the corner of the room. A 44 inch flat screen smart TV (also with netflix), well appointed bathroom with hair dryer, conveniently located in-closet safe & huge walk in closet add to the luxury of this room.
The fully stocked cook's kitchen has all the amenities, including purified water fridge water line.
The second bedroom is situated on the Southeast corner of the building, giving it a beautiful city lights southern exposure & a wraparound balcony. It has a king bed, a dedicated bathroom & a 42 inch flat screen (with Netflix).
The third bedroom has 2 queen beds, a 32 inch flat screen TV (with Netflix) its own dedicated bathroom & lush mountain views, as well as adjacent La Isla mall views, with its own balcony.
A significantly smaller, private fourth bedroom with bunk beds has its own dedicated full bathroom for younger guests. It is not a luxury bedroom, please see the pics/video.
The complex has an air conditioned game room with pool table, card table & flat screen TV. An air conditioned fitness center, business center & 12 person theater room are also available for your use.
Every bedroom, as well as the Great Room, has vaulted tray ceilings with custom lighting, & lighted remote control fans.
On site property management will meet you upon arrival to orient you. They can arrange prompt & courteous maid service. All in one (copier/scanner/printer) and paper supplied as well as beach towels, games, and books that prior guests have kindly left.
Our unit shares the elevator with only one other unit on our floor, it's semi-private! A ''key code lock'' is provided, instead of an actual key, to open the front door. No more heading back down the elevator to get the key from your family member who is down at the pool or beach.

Martin's condo is great and he was a pleasure to deal with. The property manager Jason and his wife Cynthia were amazing as well. The condo is exactly as described in the listing. The multiple balconies provided great views while enjoy coffee or cerveza's. Grand Venetian is our favorite condo complex to visit. It's the perfect location for relaxing and also close enough to venture downtown for only a $8 cab ride. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 teenagers and had plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely return to Martin's condo in the future. While in PV be sure to pay a visit to La Romantica, you won't be disappointed!

This is my first negative review after many stays at VRBO's and I have a 5 star rating by the owners so what I'm about to say is difficult. We are a group of retired friends who come to PV for 2 weeks every year. On the positive side, the unit was very clean and well stocked with lots of beach towels, beach chairs, noodles and other items.
On the negative side, there was no hot water for the first 24 hours, the burners on the stove worked sometimes and the oven never worked. Maybe not important to some but very important to us as we are foodies who love to cook local dishes and we had booked a chef to come to the unit for a cooking class. Needless to say we were unable to enjoy a full experience because of the problems with the stove. TV remotes were dead and there were no extra batteries to replace them. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of concern by the manager and owner. Many other minor irritants and the problems could have been avoided if the manager had checked the place prior to our arrival and given us an orientation when we were all there. The icing on the cake was the manager trying to charge us for a cleaning which is normally included mid visit. Also disappointing was the fact that the owner made no effort to make things right. All we got was "I'm sorry, it's Mexico!"
