Overall it's a lovely property located in the Hotel Zone. The unit itself was very nice. Beautiful views, clean, nice floor plan, each room was spacious and sound proof - we didn't hear neighbors or anyone unless they were in the hallway or close to the door and even then not a lot of noise. It's secured, in a great area, easy to get to Costco, restaurants, shops and other markets, beaches and other zones. The pool areas and grounds were well kept and peaceful. The manager or contact for the unit, was responsive for texting but not helpful solving problems. She never told us how to get hot water to the bathrooms (hot water came on in the kitchen) even after multiple messages about it. Her replies were "i was there the day before you came and it was working". I even asked about the pilot light for the water heater and was told the technicians said it was on. We took cold/cool showers during our entire stay. Not helpful. We also never got the TVs to work properly in any of the bedroom or living room. We could turn on the TVs with the remotes by couldn't switch to different apps or stations with the remotes. One of us has subscriptions to Prime and Netflix but couldn't use them or cast to the TVs because the remotes didn't work properly and no instructions were provided. We tried switching batteries between remotes but nothing worked. When I asked our contact person, she said they were working before we came, but said she would bring new batteries by. She didn't but instead had someone leave a small bag of 4 unpackaged AAA batteries at the door while we were out because something came up for her and she couldn't come by. The batteries still didn't work. Not helpful. Also, the color of the security bracelets changed color from orange to purple on November 26, before our arrival in December. When I mentioned this to our contact she said the orange would still work but would see if she could get them changed. She didn't get them changed for the whole time we were there. Luckily there were no issues with the security team or staff about the bracelets. The day we left, I asked for a picture of the final meter read, to compare with the first meter read picture I received when arriving, she said she'd try to get it but didn't have it available by the time we left.
