This beautiful beachfront condo development is located on Playa de Oro in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s hotel zone. Near the marina and 10 min from downtown Puerto Vallarta, Peninsula Vallarta consists of 3 condo towers & Plaza Peninsula. Our condo is located in tower 3 next to the Pitillal River. The tower amenities include: a lobby & multiple lounges with wireless internet. Outside you can relax on a day bed alongside the 394 ft. infinity pool, lay in the huge wading pool perfect for children, or take a nap under a palapa on the beach. Order chair-side service from "Tower 4". Meals, drinks, snacks to your chair.
CONDOMINIUM
This spacious 2250 sq. ft condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master suite features: a king-size bed, jacuzzi tub, 32' flat panel TV (Cable), and access to a private balcony with views of the Sierra Madre Mountains & the Pitillal River. The 2nd bedroom includes: a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and also has access to the Sierra Madre / River facing balcony. The 3rd bedroom, perfect for kids, is furnished with 2 twin beds and a wall closet.
The kitchen has granite countertops and overlooks the living & dining areas which share incredible ocean views. This great room, has a 47” flat screen TV (Cable) and wireless (WiFi) high speed internet. The phone has a local number for making and receiving calls. The adjacent oceanfront balcony is furnished with lounge chairs and a seating area.
Additional features include: refrigerator with independent water / ice filtration system, In-Unit washer / dryer, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, and a private parking space.
Please note that due to Administration Rules, only Guests staying in the condo will be granted access to the property. Guests are not allowed to invite outside guests onto the property.

Hosts were great! Oswaldo and Armando always responded very quickly with issues. The icemaker was broken and they responded quickly. Unfortunately it didn’t end up working but we decided we were good with buying ice anyway and tile them not to worry about it for us. Beds were comfortable, bedding was good although the king size pillows on the king bed weren’t that great lol!! The one blender there wasn’t really strong enough to mix blended drinks unfortunately and the bigger blender was missing the top part but again these are all first world problems. We loved the place! The pool was lovely and the location was great with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. We would likely stay here again!!

Very secure! The pool was amazing! Great communication. All staff and security were more than pleasant. Great little coffee shop close by. The food from poolside service was phenomenal.

This condo is amazing. There was a mix up on arrival but several very nice folks made it right. We were very impressed with the security, friendliness and spacious condo.

We are a family of 3. Like a lot of people during this crazy time, we are working and schooling remotely. This condo was the perfect size for all of us to have a private space for zoom calls and with a great view of the the beach and mountains. Due to the size of the condo, the WIFI is a bit week in the back bedrooms but the modem is in the unit and you are able to plug in extenders for better signal. We brought our own, knowing we needed reliable WIFI.The pool is ginormous so social distancing was not an issue. Lots of seating with umbrellas. Poolside service is also available.There were several units in this building available, but this unit was nicely priced and tastefully decorated. We also liked that it was on a lower level so we had the option to take the stairs and avoid sharing/waiting for elevator. The unit was also stocked with some basic necessities such as hand soap, cooking oil, sugar, S/P, TP... so check the cabinets before shopping.Both the owner and property manager were responsive and great to interact with. Concierge was also great and helped us book several excursions as well as arrange for a rental car to be delivered and picked up to/from the property. They can also arrange for airport transportation. There's also a sports bar, Starbucks, pharmacy and several banks/ATMs in the community. Grocery store, mall and restaurants were also within walking distance. We would definitely rent again!
